Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from the UK, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to £ STG, $ US or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling In relation to the BERG Go-Karts, for delivery to customers within a 20 mile radius of D & E McHugh Ltd., Longford there is no charge. However for customers outside this zone, shipping costs will be incurred. Please contact the retailer to discuss shipping terms on 043 59002.

A pick up facility will be provided at D & E McHugh Ltd. where customers can pick up their fully assembled go-kart in the days leading up to christmas. This free service will be available until Christmas Eve, however you must alert D & E McHugh Ltd. that you wish to avail of this facility in advance.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally ship your order to you within 5 business days . You will be notified if there is going to be a delay in shipping.

With the range of BERG Go-Karts, a pick-up facility will be available this Christmas. This facility allows customers to pick up their fully assembled go-karts at D & E McHugh Ltd., Longford in the days leading up to Christmas. This facility will be available up until Christmas Eve, however you must alert D & E McHugh that you wish to avail of this free service and arrange your pick up details in advance.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the European Union, 21% VAT is added. If you are VAT registered in the EU (Except Rep. of Ireland) and enter your VAT number when prompted your order will be VAT free. All orders outside the EU are VAT free.
